Frequently ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I change items on my quote once I have booked?
Yes! We fully expect for your ideas to change as your wedding planning develops. You can make changes up until 5 weeks before your wedding, which is when your final balance is due. As long as your quote does not drop below our minimum spend then you are welcome to chop and change things.
Do you have a minimum spend?
For our wedding styling service we have a minimum spend of £1,000 which is inclusive of our Base Fee, hire items, set up and pack down.
I want some help planning my wedding, but don't want full planning, is this possible?
Yes! We have three wedding planning plans available: Venue Sourcing, Wedding Consultancy and Full Planning. Our most popular plan is our Wedding Consultancy. This leaves the majority of the wedding planning (like booking suppliers) to you but with Lucy on hand to provide advice on manage your wedding on the day. Of course, if the wedding help you are looking for isn’t detailed, drop us an email and we can create a bespoke quote for you.
How do we book you for our wedding?
Fill out our Enquiry Form (which you can find on this page) and you will receieve an email with a link to book your complimentary consultation. Lucy will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your date availability and answer any quick questions. After a chat on the phone, we will provide you with a quote and proposal for your wedding. If you are happy with your quote, we will then send you an invoice for your deposit and some T&Cs to sign. Once both of these have been returned your date will be secured and work can begin!
